Over watered or under watered? Or could it be something else? I’ve been putting plastic containers and spraying the containers to keep the seedling in the high humidity range. Temp is usually 72-82F. Using slow time release dry nutrients so it couldn’t be nutrient stress. Been watering 7PH. Using a soil mix.

The markings are very minor. Not quite nutrient burn since it's not directly on the tip. It looks more like small yellow circling on the margins right? I tried to zoom into the pic but it's still a bit blurry for me. I have a gut feeling it's a minor marking from over-watering. 3 days ago when you had the cup on it could have impacted it. How do you water the plant? I would monitor the next 3 days to see if the markings expand or not. BTW thanks for leaving all the details. It makes it much easier for us to diagnose.
You're fine. Give it time to grow a little lol. Shoot for pH between 6.2-6.8. There's most likely cal-mag in your tap water also. Make sure your light is at least 36" away from the plant.
From what I have read from his book I'd say nutrition burn
@Mr. Grow It ? Using gaia green slow time amendments although I'm using soil with nutrients already in it. Not sure if it's nutrient burn, over watering, heat stress or too low of r/h.. thanks.. My grow space (2x4 5ft high) is usually 75-82F and my light is a 600w vivosun (270w true watts) and its as high as it could go in my tent with the rope straps. I have a 6" fan for air circulation in the tent. A carbon filter setup although I have no intake fan but one of the panels near the bottom is open for air to come in without light leaks. Thanks! :)
Could anyone identify why there’s those little dots? Deficency or over watering? Heat stress? Thanks guys!
Yeah nix the plastic as they need air flow once they pop. Do you have a fan for air movement? Could be some heat stress.
Thanks for the advice buddy! I got rid of the containers today. I did a lot of research and apparently for soil you're suppose to have roughly 7. If you're using coco 6.5-6 but I could be wrong. Even after one day of having no containers it seems to be doing a little better.
