Over watered or under watered? Or could it be something else? I’ve been putting plastic containers and spraying the containers to keep the seedling in the high humidity range. Temp is usually 72-82F. Using slow time release dry nutrients so it couldn’t be nutrient stress. Been watering 7PH. Using a soil mix.

The markings are very minor. Not quite nutrient burn since it's not directly on the tip. It looks more like small yellow circling on the margins right? I tried to zoom into the pic but it's still a bit blurry for me. I have a gut feeling it's a minor marking from over-watering. 3 days ago when you had the cup on it could have impacted it. How do you water the plant? I would monitor the next 3 days to see if the markings expand or not. BTW thanks for leaving all the details. It makes it much easier for us to diagnose.
