i think you need to water them with nutrients much more often . the EC is getting too high if you dont water often in coco, specially in such small pots. do you measure the runoff EC when you water? this is a good site for coco growers take a look

Is that coco coir? What nutrients have you fed the plant? Any idea what the PPM of the runoff is?
How often are you watering?
