Help with my 1st soil grow

So I'm into day 16 of my dos si dos and himalaya orange diesel.

Theses are autos. I have given them great white shark at the very beginning only a light coating around where the seed will be. I had them on ph water to 6.3-6.5 and I have fed them with the fox farm grow big and bloom also I have added in some cal mag. I have there light cycle to 18 on 6 off there rh has been around 50-55%. I had them with plastic zip bags over the top after they come out of the propagation box. I have now noticed white spots coming up on my leaves not to sure what that is if anyone can help I would appreciate it very much.

I was told there is alot of very experienced soil growers on this forum so I was wondering if people would like to help me out and lend a hand to help me better understand what I'm doing. I really appreciate your time reading this I have added some pictures below there are 4 plants in total. 2 strains dos si dos and himalaya orange diesel.
