That is about the earliest I'd transplant. The root zone should have some roots down to the bottom of the cup but may not yet be a complete root ball that holds the soil together when transplanting. You could wait another 4-5 days and that should be fine too.
I would maybe give them a little more time. You may have some issue transplanting with the soil level low in the cups. I usually transplant when I have a couple sets of leaves that extend past the edges of cup.

I would be up potting at this point.
Are they autos, or photo????
If Autos, be wary of transplant. also the best to do in that case is cut the bottom out of the cups and put them in place on their final pot/location.
If photo, then your probably okay.
Just remember you will pause/stress your girls every time you transplant.
