So mainly just curious, my plants are about 8 weeks old from seed and are photo. My question is can I veg so long that they will try to force flower on 18/6 light or will it just continue to veg till I flip the lights. I can post pictures if wanted they seem small to me but I’m pretty sure I stunted growth some in the solo cup stage

I found you can go as long as you like. I will say that when you reach the limit of your light or root space (depending on your method, ect) or overall space.
I feel like mine ran out of space and then the buds suffered. My opinion, not gospel. My .02, if you don't have a lot of grows under your belt, you should flip sooner rather than later. The longer you go, the more time there is for error. Also, I like to smoke my product. I don't enjoy the wait. I love growing them but I can't wait to light my flower. Putting that first flip in your confidence file when it is successful will just make you want to start the next lady before your current even leaves the tent. Start putting them away (complete your grows). Then you can honestly start to know what the experienced ppl are talkin about.
Routine builds confidence, confidence builds skill, skill can not be bought.
always remember - your failures are worth far more than your successes -
Good growing.
they will continue to veg til you give them a 12/12 schedule , you can veg for as long as you want ( keep a mother plant ) as long as you have the space to accomodate flowering stretch ( can double to triple in size ) did you buy the book ?
