Rule of thumb is to expect the plant to stretch to double its size after starting to flower. Some plants will stretch more and some stretch less.
Keep an eye out for forming pollen pods. Male/hermaphrodite plants will spoil the sensamilla.

When growing outdoors you will be at the mercy of the plant. It knows when the light cycle is right. It will flip on it's own. Unless you are doing outdoor light dep. Let her go and do her thing. Maybe do some pruning to really help her move?/!
