I have 5 plants they’re 7 weeks planted In 3gal pots with Fox Farm ocean Forrest and I’ve been watering them a bit every day with water with 6.5ph but now I want to start feeding them; I got Flora Nova Grow and Bloom for flowering but I haven’t started because im not sure how often to feed them.

Do you have a TDS tester so you can get an idea of how much nutrients are in the medium via a runoff test?
I started feeding my ladies after about the first 40 days im growing in ffof as well may want to add ph and ppm runoff and some pics im still new and learning but happy growing my friend
