You don't want to start flush until majority of your trichomes are cloudy. I'm guessing they'll finish somewhere between day 60 and 70. You want to flush like a week out from harvest. Yes, you should flush if you are using synthetics nutrients because they are already in a form that the plant will uptake regardless of whether they want it or not.
