Small scale operation for me, including licenses, government mandates, with estimated cost till harvest was close to a million $$. Therefore I do not have commercial license. I had a business advisor run the numbers, they even figured the electric consumption. I was quit shocked at final dollar.
It depends on where you live. For example, the state I live in it costs $250,000 to get a commercial license (if I remember correctly). I don't know how much information you'll get on this forum since this forum is mostly home growers. I wish I had more info for ya
