So I removed her from the ground and tried to continue her cause it's getting cold so in a pot but she seemed to stop growing buds. Should harvest her or how should I take care of her

Once you mess with the root zone they usually do slow down growth while readjusting and regrowing roots. How far into flower are you, what do the tricombs look like (clear, cloudy, dark)?
