am growing in seedling soil and at the very bottom of the cup i have 3 to 1 seedling to supersoil mixed to help acclimate with the transplant into supersoil. My temp and rh are spot on. Overwatering can do this? I didnt think i was overwatering. I used a spray bottle every other day watering at the base of the stem and not saturating the medium. I stopped the every other day and just every 4 days now. I used recharge twice. It was getting better but after my last watering half of them got worse and the other half had a growth spurt?

Just by looking at it, it does appear to have signs of overwatering. More info: https://www.mrgrowit.com/post/over-watering-cannabis-plants

Overwatering can do all sorts of weird stuff
super soil can be too much for seedlings IMO. Some plants like it, others burn.
as far as one getting better and another getting worse: each plant is an individual. Some are thirsty while others aren’t. Some pots drain better — even with soil out of the same bag.
let them dry out, water as they tell you they need it — not to a schedule.
