without buying a heating aid, is this too cold for proper veg growth? my girls are week 6 and still pretty small.staying within means of VPD, my RH is 50-60%

I agree with @W J Rucier , growth will be slower. Microbes slow down the colder temps get so if you're growing organically, you will most likely have slow organic matter breakdown which could result in deficiencies as well.
