Not too late to LST. Feel free to gently bend down branches so other branches will grow up. If you can create an even canopy with several branches then you will increase your yield.
Still in good shape, once you get a few nodes or it starts stretching up then you'll need to start lst. They are pretty squatty right now so your light distance is in nice range.

Also until the main stem comes up some you can tuck fan leaves so light penetrates better to center for side branches.

Mine are larger than that right now and I just started LST. I waited until I guessed they were strong enough
No It at all, I usually don't start till I have all the nodes I want.
