Is this from overwatering or heat stress

So I recently bought a dimmable 600w hps light and ballast I dimmed it to 400w I’m in 4x4 tent when I checked them this morning 2 hrs before lights out this is what I was faced with see picture below the strain is gorilla zskittles temp lights on was 25.5C and 2hr before light out was 22.5C I have a 6’ exhaust and a 4’ intake

Yeah like Elliot said, looks like heat stress. What is the light distance between the HPS light and the top of the plant? Also, where exactly is the thermometer placed in your grow space?

Hi guys thanks for the reply. My light is at the top and my plants are 60cm so there’s quite a considerable gap between them, my thermometer is level with the top of the canopy on the wall. I was due to pot on to a bigger pot so I went ahead and continued with that roots were tight and really white so healthy down there
