Let them both grow for a few days and kill the one that's more runty. One will strangle the other eventually and if you try to separate them you'll stunt them both.
Thanks, yeah I dont want to separate them, I just hope that the runty one that I eventually destroy doesn't turn out to be the female and Im possibly left with a male.
When you destroy one do you just cut it as low as possible?
Appears that way. You might be able to save it. This can happen sometimes when the root zone is too cold. Just dig it out carefully and poke a hole in the plug and stick the root in. If you break the cotyledon leaves then just start a new seed because it will cause so much stress the plant probably won't make it.
