I know you don't want too much in the jars but can you have too little in the jars?Can you cure large single buds or does the end product benefit from a bunch of nuggets in one jar?

Leave a qtr of jar space. Large nugs can mold. They look cool but harder to cure evenly. You want to cure in the sixties off possible. Thiw in a hygrometer.
