When I get high humidity like that I throw them back in the dry net for 6-12 hours depending how fast the humidity climbs in the jars. I know it sounds weird but when mine are drying when I'm not sure f they're ready for jars I take a nug and seal it in a sandwich bag for about an hour, if I see any moisture at all in the bag I keep drying.
