Hey Growmies,
I'm having some leave issues. It looks like calcium but it's so hard with living soil. Can it just run out or is this more of a complex issue. I've just given a mild compost tea and plan to transplant shortly.
Could I be running out of nutrients already or do you think the soil pH could have something to do with this, event though I'm rocking an organic living garden?
Below are my grow specs:
Pot size - 3gal - Transplanted on Nov 8.
Medium - 5:1 Gaia Green 1-0-0 super soil and worm castings.
Soil pH - 5.8 from bag
Water - Dechlorinated tap water 270ppm, pH'd 6.4-6.7. I cycle my waterings.
Lighting - Electric sky ES 180 v2 18inches
Humidity - RH sits around 58 - 60 ;
Temperature - Daytime 24C; Nighttime 21.5C
Lots of fans and ventilation
I'd need a little more info in order to take a good stab at it. Are those damaged leaves on the top, middle, or lower part of the plant? How often do you water? Is that the only plant impacted or do you have other plants with the same issue?
Looks like calcium deficiency to me as well.
Looks like Calcium Deficiency to me. I would start water with cal-mag.
No I try not to. I have some on hand and have in the past but with living Soil should there not be enough in the medium?
Are you adding cal-mag?
