My seedlings

Im gonna use Coast of Maine and Ocean forest 70 /30 in 10 gallon air pots. My do great after transplant with just PH water. But in 3 to 4 weeks they seem to needs something.???

I don't get it the soil is supposed to be PH safe Happy frog and Ocean forest. So im gonna get some dolmite lime. Seems like the worst thing is a PH of 7 so i have to experiment to get a good PH will shot for 6.3 ish.

Lotus grow & cal mag the 1st time was 6 days after trans plant to 3 gal. Pots. Then give or take 5 to 6 days depends if it's watering time. I think my problem lies with soil ph. When I transplanted on the 7/9. I did a slurry test ph was 4.14@ 81.5 ° water was RO @ ph 6.63 EC=1.46@ 82° I also use recharge and URB every water.

Hey Chris! Here is an update. Well it hasn't been a smooth grow lol. Now I think in have Nitrogen toxicity . Using 3 gal. Air Pots / PAR@500/ RH 63%/ co2@600/ RO, PH@6.40/Temp 82F/. On last feed here are my reading - PH6.34/75.6°/EC 2.76/ppm 1.37. What's your opinion?

Can i add a little Lotus grow with URB micros on next watering??

He Chris major turn around both plants doing very well. Cant figure out what happened in 50/50 frog and ocean blend, maybe PH was to low in soil???

Normally I would but with such tender plants and being so young it's probably not a good idea. You may create a vector for disease.

If they fall off no biggie. I would wait to cut/clip/pinch off them if they are weak.

Well my Sky double in size since 5am this morning, BWW bouncing back also but slower for sure. Should i snip the yellow leaves on the BWW??

No went from solo cup size air pots to solo cups with Happy Frog.

Well Chris in a panic yesterday I transplanted both plants into solo cups with just Happy Frog. The BWW had a bad root system the Sky had a better sytem. Fingers crossed. By the way my blue meter reading is EC meter not a TDS meter. Just ordered Hanna TDS meter and soil PH meter by Hanna. I will give it a week ( sky looked good this morning but no signs of BWW recovering yet ) tall Friday.

From what I can gather I think you have Nitrogen locking. Look at your mix, how much is your C:N ratio.

You can't be burning them, the stems would burn. Burning is just that, BURNING. It would happen first at soil surface.

Based on the fact that your lowest leaves are turning yellow and they are the first ones, that tells me it's likely moving up the plant. All signs of N deficient.

Too much woody material with not enough N and It's like mixing wood chips into a garden.

Well I was going to use the 10gal. AirPots with Coast of Maine and OF at 50/50 blend???? Do you think OF soil to hot for seedlings Using 50/50 blend with frog. Thought I was safe maybe burn. I added @ 1/6th Lotus grow to 20 ounces of water and watered 1oz. to ea. plant then watered. I will try to get run off tomorrow for ppm PH. So much info between my ears reading and videos lol I have the Grow Bible. So in the end I think I messed up with my tiny air pot idea they dry out to fast so maybe soil doesn’t stay moist long enough for the soils nutes to be absorbed. The BWW seems to be a fussy strain, supposed to be easy 😂 . Thanks

Hey Chris what is reliable co2 meter with RH and Temp that has a remote sensor for in the tent or are the ones that go in the tent durable enough.?

This a pic today exactly 3 days since last watering of any kind( spitzing included) Black Widow is more droppy today. Edges on Sky Walker OG ( on right) seem the same. Bottom of air pots look very dry. What do think Chris?
