5 gallon, grass root fabric pots, indoors here.
Your best bet is to wait a little while longer until the root zone is more established before transplanting. Typically most growers will do their first transplant from a cup like that sometime between day 14-20 from sprout. I typically run 5gal containers indoors. Outdoors you may want to go larger since there's a good chance the plant will be larger.
