I am curious as to whether I need to flush since I have added no nutrients to my grow. I am growing Gorilla Glue Auto in Fox Farms Ocean Forest mixed with Nature's Living Soil so my grow is all natural. I was trying to use information from my seed source as to the length of time to begin flower....but no info on how long the plant stays in flower before harvest. I haven't found any info about the state of the trichomes referencing when to flush. So I went on my own! I had seen the trichomes begin to show on the leaves in the flower and waited 4 days and flushed. At this stage most of the trichomes were clear and just beginning to start to turn cloudy about 70% to 30%. A week in and most are now cloudy. So I am thinking I hit the right time! BUT......do I need to do this with an all natural grow??

If growing organically, it's recommended not to flush. You want to keep the microbes and nutrients in the medium instead of flushing them out. Flushing is for synthetic grows only.
