It happens, don't worry about it. If the real leaves also start to turn brown, then you worry. From the video the first set of real leaves are looking good!
U usually wait for them to come up an inch and help remove the seed shell if still there. I have had the seed shell kill plants before because it was missing half its leaves . .
When you are germinating seeds you want to see the taproot start emerge. then when you put it into your media you need to watch as close as you can (about every 6-12 hrs) because as soon at it emerges you want it to see light of some type.
If you keep it dark for a day it will get leggy (long stem due to it searching for light). Leggy is bad because sometimes the stem cannot support the weight of the leaves and it falls over and doesn't make it. You want as little verticle growth as possible after emergence (comes out of the soil). You want those coda . . codaleed . . aw screw it, the first two leaves as close to the ground as is possible. This is how it would happen in nature. That will be how you will get the best natural growth . . .until you start using LST.
This will give you the healthiest plant to start with.
Another thing. after emergence you don't want that high humidity environment. You can cause mold and rot issues. Also if the RH is too high your plant can't transpire/breathe (get rid of CO2). This will stunt your plant. RH is important after it is officially a plant.
I would pull that bag off or your sweet plant will start to rot. Also you must have had them in dark for a bit because the second one looks a bit leggy.
Not a big deal as long as she can support herself.
Also make sure you're not putting too much water on em or they will not do so goodly.
Just remember, too much of anything can be a bad thing. Also. it's a plant and it is capable of growing even without us. So don't try too much craziness the first round and just make it all the way to the end. You will learn a lot and get up to speed faster if you get the basics down before tweeking things.
Don't forget, if you screw up and cause something bad, it is okay. Mistakes are worth WAY more than successes in the world of experience.
LEARNING IS THE FUN PART!!! The flower is the lord's bonus for nurturing life.

Carry on and be careful not to over water.

I've had that happen when the tegmen (seed inner coat) stick to one or both of the cotyledon leaves.
