I have an unknown strain (seed from a bag I grabbed that I decided to run out bc I like the flower) in a 5gal fabric pot full of ffofs and ewc. She was in veg in my 4x2 tent on a 200watt led thru winter. (2months and is now in. Week 3 of flower) Now that it's warm here I have it under the sun. My super long question is this: considering the sun is only really out around 10 hours a day am I better off putting it in then tent on a 200watt led on a 12/1

2 or does the sun power give so much more nutrients or whatever that it's worth the less power. Or should I do the 10 hours or so of sun then the rest in the led? I'm worried about stress dick from the light swaps. Thank you in advance. Also, any criticism is welcome. I'm a rookie with a thick skin. Thanks in advance.
Is there a way for me to understand how much of what I'm getting from the sun? Is it something where a par meter is how u can tell? Maybe that's a stupid question I'm just wondering how to know what we get from the sun
With regard to when in the season. If your days are getting longer you may cause a lot of light/cycle stress on the plant if it started flower before you moved it outside. With the days getting longer, it's going to trigger the plant to want to veg. Cannabis is like any other plant. It grows by light cycle. When you make it think it is the end of the season by changing the amount of photo energy it gets and then the days start to get longer . . . thinking it may cause it to herm.
I could be totally wrong, but that would be my guess.
If you have done this before, tell us about what it does!
Good Growing
This early in the season with the days so short I would bring it into the LED when the sun starts to drop and give it enough time to hit your desired DLI. When the days are sunny and warm enough I take some of the mature plants outside for a while. Due to the Oklahoma winds I can’t put the less mature plants out until I have my hoop house up in a month or so. Good luck
