Is that the only leaf impacted or is that on several leaves all over the plant? Can you post a pic of the entire plant? What is the pH and PPM of the runoff?

@Autogrownewb Your plant looks great! Seems like that one damaged leaf isn't anything to worry about if it's not spreading.
