I seem to have an Aphid infestation happening. I'm growing in a 4x4 under a 600hps in ffof with Dr.Earth Amendments. I decided to add Black Kow compost as top dressing about a week ago and 100% sure that's what brought the bugs. I'm in week 5 of flower . How can I go about controlling these bugs or any bugs?. I sprayed Neem Oil on the fabric pots all over the lower stems, but nothing on the flowers or leafs.

Oh no! Aphids are one of the worst pests to get. Since you're in flower, it's not recommended to spray the plant since it has buds on it - as you probably already know. Adding ladybugs to your environment should help control the problem, but it depends on how many aphids are already there. There may be too many for the ladybugs to control.
