Hi I am new to growing and I currently have two plants in a 40x40 cm space. One is showing signs of some sort of deficiency but I’m not sure. Anybody know what I can do to help?

unfortunately not i Just started out growing so its all very Basic But my other pant doesn’t have any problems and since taking of the fan leave I haven’t noticed any health issues I am watching out that I don’t get the leaves wet and it seems to work Thanks for your help.
I would need more info in order to take a good stab at it. Is that the only leaf impacted? Is the damage on the upper, middle, or lower part of the plant? Are you in soil or coco? How often do you water?
Do you use cal-mag?
