You should ask yourself how much you want out of it vs the money and time you have to spend on the grow to come up with a realistic expectation of what you'll get out of it. Everything is subjective. 13 weeks of veg in my setup would be 6ft tall so you'll never get the same answer as a standard because everyone's idea of what looks right varies.
