Spider farmer 4000 hanging height

I got that off the Spider Farmer web page. I use Spider Farmer lights in both my veg room and flower room. This is what I do, not saying it is correct but it works for me.

Seedlings - 40% @ 32"

Veg - 60% @ 36" and let them grow to 24" (time you veg will determine how you move light up)

Flower 100% @ 24" moving light up as they stretch. When stretch is done I'm around 20" and I stay there until harvest. I grow for medical use and only grow for quality. I do not care how much I get off a plant. I never even weigh it, I just let it hang out in jars until I'm ready for it.

They are so many different ways to grow this plant that no one person can tell you how to grow it. Try different things until you get the smoke you like.

They'd tell you if they were. Every strain and every plant is different. My current grow has a different light height from the last. They seem more of a sensitive genetic. Use the charts and info as guidelines and find your growing sweet spot 👌
