PLANT PROBLEM

these r girls scout cookies extreme and zittlies from ILGM. They are in the veg stage they are 4 weeks old and im running into this problem. they are in one gallon fabric pots they are growing in sohum soil and i water distilled water atm I have not been feeding nutrients because I was told I would not have to using this soil till later on on flower they are in a 4x4 AC infinity grow tent under the grower choice 680s light at full power 24" away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
