I hope everyone is having a great day. I’m currently growing photos and I want to flip them to flower, but I’m coming across a few issues.
The humidity in the room was too high for flowering so I purchased a Frigidaire dehumidifier for my grow room. I noticed that when I use the dehumidifier, the humidity goes down to the range I need it but the heat in the room and tent is going up. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to get a portable ac? My other issue is that I don’t have a window for the portable ac. What should I do?

I found a couple of portable “windowless” A/C units at my local pawn shop and they weren’t that expensive...maybe 3ft tall.
Are you using an inline fan and exhausting the air from the grow room 24/7?
Hi, I have a similar dehumidifier and have run in to the same problem. It works great at drying out the air, but the dry air it blows out is warm. I have it in my lung room and I originally had it near the tents air intake. I now make sure the air flow is pointed away from the tents air intake and that helped a lot. The houses normal AC keeps things at around 80-81f in the tent with a RH of 50-55%, the dehumidifier is set to come on when the lung room hits 60%.
