I'm in the North East and near the end of my first grow. I've had constant difficulty keeping the temp. below 90 degrees but thought I would get through the grow. Just discovered Bud Mold/Rot on one of my plants so 1 down out of 5. The rest look ok. I don't really want to wait for cooler weather so am considering getting a small AC. Grow Tent is 4x4 Infinity, with humidifier and T6 inline fan, venting into the garage. Anyone out there with a suggestion for a suitable unit?

Depends on the size of your lung room. Blowing cold air in the tent will only help if you turn off your extraction fan. You have to cool the room the tent is in. Not sure how handy you are but I can reccomend a cheap and effective mini split unit that's only 400. It only cools but you can spend a little more if you want and get one with a heat pump as well. It's 12000 btu and suited for up to 1300 sq ft I think but don't quote me.
Not sure about specifics, but window units tend to be cheaper to buy and use.
