Hello Mr. Grow it,
First of all thank you very much for all the good knowledge you share with your audience. I'm a fan and I've been looking at your channel for a while. I really like the structured approach you take for your content.
I'm currently in the process of designing a room that I'm planning to use to grow my own medicinal cannabis. I am now poised with the puzzle of what proportion of the area to dedicate to what, and this is a question I haven't seen addressed anywhere I've looked.
I know you need less space to propagate than you do to vegetate and in turn, the vegetative room takes less room than flowering. Finally drying should take less space than flowering and vegetative. But what proportions make sense?
To give context, the entire space available is 18' x 12' and I'm planning to have a "buffer" zone with a two-door system to get into the area where the grow chambers will be.
Thank you very much in advance and let me know if you come around Oakland, CA. I'll be glad to share my bud!
2x4 for propegation, 1/3 of the remainder for Veg, 2/3 for flower and drying can be done almost anywhere unless you have a particularly large harvest. Hope this helps and if not I’ll keep trying to help 🌱🪴🤙🏻
