I had a slight calicium deficiency and ended up plucking the affected leaves off the bottom as well as top fan leaves is that bad ?

Did you feed it CalMag to fix the issue or just pluck the leaves? If you just plucked the leaves then the problem will start appearing on other leaves.
it wouldn't have hurt to have just left them on either
