Hi first time grower here! I am growing photoperiods indoor using Fox Farm Ocean Forest under an LED light at 50% dim and they are 22 days sense sprout.
These plants are currently forming the 3rd node, at what point should I transplant into a 1 gallon fabric pot? Also any suggestions on a specific microbe to help prevent transplant shock would be greatly appreciated.

You can probably transplant now, but I personally would wait another 3-7 days depending on growth.
In that situation I watered enough to firm up the dirt a bit and hold your hand over the top of the cup and turn it upside down. It will pop loose from the cup and you can lift it off and look at your dirt ball and get an idea of the root development.
Next time try a clear solo cup inside a red one and then you just lift it out to look at the roots, drop it back in to grow-
