I am in the middle of my first indoors grow (2 Jack Herer and 1 Northern Lights) all @ 3 weeks apart (Probably will not do that again due to complexities of timing LST, nutes, coordinating temps/RH and LED grow light height! LOL)
However, I am beginning to think about my next grow. I already know I want a bigger tent (wider; not "deeper" and to erect it on a raised platform, making it easier to work with the plants) but I also want to ping the group as to which strains to try next...obviously I want the holey grail of EZ to grow and high yield and THC %...and as a beginner, I prefer to stay with feminized autoflower strains.
Recommendations?
Left to right: Northern Lights at 7 weeks, Jack Herer at 4 weeks, Jack Herer at 10 weeks (she started out doors with temps upwards of 100 f (Palm Springs, CA) about 10 days after sprouting, something (bird, cat) got onto my patio and dug them all up...only this one survived. She's had a rough life LOL)
Northern Lights- 7 weeks
Jack Herer- 3 weeks
Jack Herer- 10 weeks
That Little Herer has an interesting leaf shape . . . Just run all like you are only running the best one and then flip them to flower when the big girl is ready. At least that wat they will all flower and you'll get something from all of them
(I would be that little Herer turns out/tastes different from the bigger one).
I am also just dippin my toe into the fem Autoflower pool. My first are going to be Sour D and N. Lights both auto-fems. I think I will run one Photo at the same time (maybe Durban Poison, or Acapulco Gold((Both Sativas)).
We shall see . .
Good luck with picking out your strains . .
So many choices . .
lol
Nice plants you got there~ Here are 3 cultivars that come to mind:
Queen Anne's Revenge by SubCool’s The Dank
Sage N Sour by TH Seeds
Peanut Butter Breath by ThugPug Genetics
Edit: Not sure if they are considered high yielders but I do categorize them as easy to grow.
