I have only been growing for 2 years and fortunately I got to start with led and never got to use hps or hid myself.(other than seeing friends plants.) I use the roi- e680 from growers choice. Pricey light but after I watched Mr.Gs review and par meter videos I was sold. It is easily the single best investment I have made in my setup yet.
I can say that after running three runs with approximately 280 watts of light and moving up to a 680 watt light, That has far and away been the single biggest contributor to my now extremely dense buds. My vote is for light #1. Lol.
@gregthe357Great news thanks just in general are you using led lights? I use normall 600w hps with ballast wondering if there is a major difference between the lighting systems?
