I was using the same light in my Bloom tent up to about a year ago (the next size down actually - 450w). I demoted it to the Veg tent last year and replaced it with a SF-1000 in the Bloom tent.
I got quite a few really nice harvests with the Viparspectra but even better with the SF-1000.
I've been using it for Clones and seedlings these days but it just stopped working last week. I feel I got my money's worth out of it since it has been running pretty much non-stop since early 2019.
As far as Burple lights go, that's a pretty good one. Make sure you have both the Bloom and Veg lights on.
I don't see a brand name and it does not mention Full Spectrum. Not all Burple lights are bad but I would not trust this one. The best thing you can do to get bigger nugs is get a better light, something like a Spider Farmer SF-1000 or knock off would be good and not too expensive. There are some really nice bar style lights out now if you want to go all out.
Check out the lights Mr. Grow It has in the Equipment section.
Assuming the light you have is a Full Spectrum then you should still be able to get a good harvest, but it would be better with a better light. Also, the new lights do not need fans and are more efficient so use less electricity.
Hi, yeah I would get rid of all the growth below the trellis. Most people will do a defoliate around day 21 of flower to uncover bud sights and get rid of the small stuff not getting any light so you are not that far off.
Those are actually not bad looking buds for only week 4 and trimming the lower leaves and buds will not make that much of a difference. What kind of light are you using? The color in the video makes it look like an old style burple. If you want bigger buds your best bet might be to get a better light.
