Spider farmer 4000 hanging height

Hi guys can’t seem to find any info on this or much anyway what height and dimmer setting should I be using for 6inch tall plant teenager plants and then what settings moving up in the grow and heights? Veg and flower . Thx

Anyone else wanna chime in? I get different answers from everybody . I messaged spider farmer and they gave me something different than what quad trax posted

They'd tell you if they were. Every strain and every plant is different. My current grow has a different light height from the last. They seem more of a sensitive genetic. Use the charts and info as guidelines and find your growing sweet spot 👌
