I am currently using the Sunblaze T5 LED 4 panel. I am in the veg stage and have the lights that came with it which are for veg and am picking up the bloom bulbs just before switching them to flower. Are these true LED's? And how far should I be keeping the light away from my plants? I've definitely noticed some stretching and have been experimenting with distance.

Can you take a closeup of the bulbs? From afar it looks like diodes
Got any pics? From researching online, some appear to be LEDs while others appear to be T5 bulbs. The light distance will vary depending if they are LED or T5.
