I am currently using the Sunblaze T5 LED 4 panel. I am in the veg stage and have the lights that came with it which are for veg and am picking up the bloom bulbs just before switching them to flower. Are these true LED's? And how far should I be keeping the light away from my plants? I've definitely noticed some stretching and have been experimenting with distance.
