Do I continue enhancing my water with Mag Sulfur or do I go straight PH'd water till the end?

Curious to know what Mag Sulfur product you are using. Some will feed until the end while others will just do water only for the last 1-2 weeks. It's actually a lightly-debated topic on which way is better. I personally like to see the leaves fade indicating chlorophyll breakdown so often times I cut off nutrients for the final 1-2 weeks (many call this a flush) in order to achieve that.
