Hey all new here I just watched mr grow it’s video on the vivosun grow. That’s the tent I just purchased in the 4x4x6.6 size. My question is, on the bottom intake vents, do they stay open throughout the entire grow? Even during dark times? I worry that they let light in. I haven’t received it yet to test but just trying to collect knowledge.

Tent sits about 6 inches away from the wall*
The intake that sits up against my bedroom wall is the one I use.
During the dark period, no light should hit the plants at all. So if you need to close the intake vents in order to achieve that then definitely do it. Although, you'd have to do an alternate route to ensure air can still get in the tent. I personally have my grow tent in a room that is kept dark when the lights are off so I can keep the vents open 24/7
