you get what you pay for when it comes to lights but with that being said I've grown really nice plants with some cheap blurple lights. If you're on a really tight budget I would look at brands like maxisun, unitfarm, bloomspect, viparspectra.
A friend of mine runs 2 unitfarm ufl3000 parallel in a 4x4 and they work nice. make sure to compare prices from amazon and ebay to find the best deals.
And depends on the strain, soil, size of pot etc. I usually aim for 'feed twice water once', so every third feed is just plain Ph'd water.
Maybe start with something like that, then adjust if your girls complain. I was feeding 100% of the time, but started running into nute burn and lock outs so now I add in the plain watering and that helps.
Pro mix in the red block
Depends on which method you are doing. Are you growing with organic inputs or synthetic bottled nutrients? Are you in soil or coco coir?
