What grow light are you using and how far away is it from the top of the plants?
No I’m not feeding cal mag
Looks like light burn maybe? From the pictures, it looks like the issue is mostly on the upper leaves closest to the light. If it is throughout the plant then it might be a magnesium deficiency if you are not feeding CalMag.
