Are you saying you are using the Fox Farm Ocean soil plus the Fox Farm Trio nutrients? That soil is usually rich enough you don't need to feed the plant anything other than PH'd water and maybe some CalMag for the first few weeks.
That doesn't look good, what have you been feeding that girl? Over watering? Over feeding? Going to need more information, your PH and PPM would be helpful as well.
