Day 5 after sprouting. Using fox farm soil, watering ph is between 6.0-7.0, temperature Is around 76, Humidity is 65-70. wish I would of used more soil in my cup. I noticed it grew more from yesterday but I say this on the leaves. 200 led light 36 inches away from plant. Any ideas?

Probably just a touch of nutrient burn and nothing to worry about. The Fox Farm soils are good, but some seedlings find it a little hot.
Looks like she could use a watering but other than that, just keep an eye on her for now and hopefully she will power through. You could also tent a baggie over the cup to help keep the humidity higher until she starts looking better.
Let us know if she keeps getting worse.
And not sure what you mean by '200 LED', can you be more specific on your light.
