PH sounds like it's in the ball park. In the picture the top growth looks healthy so at this point I would let her dry out completely and then see how the new growth comes in before making any major changes.

Probably too late for those bottom three leaves so may as well cut them off.

Yeah Man my my run off is 6.3 i watered her Sunday night and left out Monday when i came home today she was yellow and dry looking. And her soil was moist on the bottom but the top was dry
