What weeks in flower are good to defoliate your canopy? Beginning of week 2 of flower on this grow should I defoliate? TIA

I usually do a defoliate middle to end of week 3 of flower. It's best to wait until the buds are starting to form then you can remove the leaves blocking the light. If a leaf is not giving shade to a bud site I generally let it be.

I turned my last auto into a hermie by doing to much to her at one time dont know if your growing photo or auto I know from all I have read photos are not as sensitive as autos when trimming dont know if this helps at all lol happy growing my friend
