When is it too early to top/FIM?

I’m sure you have covered this in one of your many videos. But I was wondering what is the earliest you have ever FIM/topped? And what is your opinion about best practices for doing a FIM/topping.ei is there a time or stage of growth where you find most beneficial to do these HST techniques. I have read some say the plant is so resilient as long as it looks healthy then top or FIM as you wish. But let’s hear your opinion! Anyone else with an opinion is welcome to add their 2 bits.
